Continuity Insight exists because most operational disruption is visible in the data months before it's visible in the P&L — and the people who could act on it are looking at the wrong dashboards.
We build the instruments executives actually need: the Pressure Index, the Pressure Accumulation Map, and the AI Executive Brief — each designed to translate operational pressure into decision-ready signal before it compounds.
Founder — Continuity Insight
Lawrence founded Continuity Insight after two decades working alongside executives whose organizations were structurally sound on paper and quietly accumulating pressure everywhere else. The pattern repeated across industries: healthy top-line, drifting reporting cadence, vendor sprawl no one owned, and a leadership team seeing only their own slice.
The Pressure Index started as a working framework for those conversations. It is now the observation layer behind the platform — the same one used to audit tariff exposure, identify supplier concentration risk, and surface the operational conditions that create downstream instability.
We map pressure before we recommend action. Most premature intervention creates the instability it was meant to prevent.
No frameworks the CFO can't defend to the board in one sentence. If it takes a slide to explain, it isn't ready.
